Meet the team
Our Careworkers are carefully chosen for their experience in care and also for their integrity and reliability. We have an ongoing training program for all staff to ensure that their skills are continually enhanced and up to date. All staff are encouraged to take further training in care to SVQ Level 2 or 3.
To help build up rapport between the client and the Agency staff, a team of regular Careworkers is involved in each case. Careworkers endeavour to help with both the physical and emotional needs of the client and their relatives. Care is administered to the highest standards and client dignity, privacy and confidentiality are always maintained.
